During the building phase we will use the information and tools gathered to get your project underway.

Our lead project manager will work closely with our team and client, constantly referencing back to the design we’ve built together. This insures that your project is constructed as it was presented.

In the case of a change order, work will be stopped and a meeting will be held between both parties to resolve any additional costs or revisions that need to be made before continuing the project.

Our team consists of individuals who have experience on both sides of contracting and consulting companies in civil engineering. Thus, meaning we have a good understanding of the soils and aggregates that we work with, and what specific engineering tests/practices that may be required prior to constructing with them.
